2. Order Processing Time
- Order processing time refers to the period from when a customer places an order to when the seller hands it over to the shipping service.
- Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed over the weekend or holidays may experience slight delays.
- Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take necessary measures to minimize shipping delays.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
- Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, it will be shipped immediately.
- Our order processing time typically ranges from 1 to 4 business days, depending on product design and availability.
- Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (varies by your location).

4. Freight Shipping for Bulk Orders
- Note: For bulk orders or shipments exceeding standard courier size, we will use Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping.
- The shipping time for LTL freight may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.
- Additional handling time may be required for processing large shipments.
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- A tracking number will be provided, which will become active within 24 hours.
- Please note that during events or holidays, activation may take longer.
- Tracking updates may take 48 to 72 hours to reflect in the system.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
6. Delivery Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at support@slatwoodwall.com.
- We will promptly check the status with the shipping carrier and provide you with an update.
- We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
7. Order Cancellations
- We can cancel your order if you contact us before the item is shipped.
- If your payment has been completed but the parcel has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation, and we will issue a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

- In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.
